With my unique metabolic measurement, the Metabolic Check in person or online, I determine your 'Metabolic Index'.

It shows you how your current body u. State of health and whether you are at risk of suffering from a “metabolic syndrome”. This so-called metabolic lapse is the cause of the major diseases of civilization (e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and obesity). In addition to other body-specific data, such as body fat percentage, abdominal fat percentage, waist – height ratio (TGV), body mass index (BMI) and metabolic age, I also determine your metabolic combustion type (fast, mixed, or slow burner).

Based on the Metabolic Check and the information in the health history sheet on your eating habits, possible previous illnesses, allergies, intolerances, character traits and your social environment, you will receive professional nutritional advice from me, in which I will also show you, if necessary, with which individual nutritional plan and health concept I can sustainably fulfill your heart's desires.

I am pleased to also offer you the opportunity to determine your current metabolic status online and to support you in this comfortable way to sustainably improve your health, vitality and quality of life. You will receive the Metabolic Check Online including the holistic approx. 30-minute online consultation for an estimated amount of 100 €. You only need a normal body scale and a measuring tape to carry out the measurements.
